Jakarta — Steffi Living, operating as a business unit under CV Cakap Inovasi Sukses, has officially participated in the Ministry of Manpower’s (Kemnaker) Magang HUB Batch 2 Program. This involvement is a strategic step for the company in supporting the competency development of the younger generation in the creative industry, specifically in interior design, event management, creative content, and material library management, which are currently the operational focuses of Steffi Living.

As part of the national program initiated by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Steffi Living opened 10 internship positions for participants from various regions across Indonesia. This program is designed to provide direct work experience relevant to industry needs, while preparing human resources to be more ready to enter the professional world. This opportunity received a positive response from internship seekers nationwide, evidenced by the high number of applicants since the registration period opened.
The selection process was conducted through several rigorous stages to ensure that all successful participants possess the quality and potential that meet company standards. The selection stages began with administrative screening, where participants’ files were reviewed for document completeness and educational background suitability. The next stage was a psychological test, aimed at assessing cognitive abilities, character, and mental readiness to face a professional work environment.
Following the psychological test, successful participants proceeded to the interview stage, conducted both online and offline. At this stage, the Steffi Living recruitment team assessed communication skills, critical thinking, motivation, and the candidates’ commitment to the program. The final stage was a competency test, evaluating the participants’ technical skills according to their applied fields, ranging from design, administration, writing, and research to organizational and event management skills.
Through these four selection stages, 10 interns were finally selected and officially became part of the Magang HUB Batch 2 Program at Steffi Living. The selected participants hail from various provinces in Indonesia, reflecting the broad and inclusive reach of the program. The diversity of the participants’ hometowns also brings new perspectives and energy that will enrich the company’s work dynamics.
With the acceptance of these interns, Steffi Living hopes to serve as a platform for real, relevant, and applicable learning. This internship program is designed not only to provide work experience but also to build character, work ethics, collaboration skills, and readiness to meet the demands of the ever-evolving creative industry. The interns will be directly involved in various company projects, including design, events, content management, and operational administration.
Steffi Living’s participation in the Kemnaker Magang HUB Batch 2 program reaffirms the company’s commitment to supporting the development of Indonesia’s creative human resources. By providing equal learning opportunities for youth from various regions, Steffi Living hopes to contribute to creating professional talents who are ready to compete and contribute to the growth of the national creative industry.
